Yasai talks about Circular Food Systems

Yesterday we had the pleasure to talk with various experts from industry and academia of Zurich about Circular Food Systems. By integrating Farming into the urban and rural communities and closing cycles we may create sustainable and resilient food systems, that use waste as a resource instead of trash!

Thanks to Martijn Sonnevelt and Beda Andras for inviting us as speakers to this event. One example of such a circular loop would be: Recycle pee and use the nutrients within it to let our plants grow in the Vertical Farm; in order to feed the citizens of the smart city which again go from time to time to their toilet! Let's change our food supply chain into a food supply cycle!
